THE STOPPING-UP OF FOOTPATHS RENFREWSHIRE (BRUCE ROAD/WALLACE AVENUE, BISHOPTON) ORDER 2002
The Renfrewshire Council hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping-up of the footpath from 8 Bruce Road to 17 Wallace Avenue, Bishopton.
A copy of the Order and the relevant plan specifying the length of the footpath to be stopped-up may be inspected at the Planning & Transport Department, Council Headquarters, South Building, Cotton Street, Paisley by any person free of charge, during normal office hours.
Any person may object to the making of the Order by writing to the Director of Corporate Services at the undernoted address within 28 days from the date of this notice.
If no objections are made, or if any made are withdrawn, the Order will be confirmed by the Council as an unopposed Order.
