Notice is hereby given that on the 12th September 2002 two Petitions were presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark by Platinum Consultants Limited and Focus Blue Limited whose registered offices are at Wallace House, 1 Castlegate, Lanark, ML11 9DZ (“the Companies”) craving the Court inter alia that the Companies be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime William David Robb, Chartered Accountant, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow, G1 1HJ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Companies; in which Petitions the Sheriff at Lanark by Interlocutors dated 12th September 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed the said William David Robb to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Companies with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the companies assets and in particular the powers contained in Schedule 4 Parts II Paragraphs 4 & 5 and Part III(6) of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
