Take notice that on 22nd August 2002 Johan Nordin, Guy Hunter, Dan Sundell and Per-Ivar Eltvik all of 5 Rennie Square, Brucefield Industrial Park, Livingston, EH54 9DF presented a petition to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Linlithgow for an order to wind up Recab Realtime Computers Ltd (“The Company”) having its Registered Office at 5 Rennie Square, Brucefield Industrial Park, Livingston, EH54 9DF under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; that warrant for intimation and service was granted by the sheriff on that day directing that any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Linlithgow within 8 days of the date of intimation service and advertisement, that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh was appointed provisional liquidator of the Company and that he is authorised to exercise the functions contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given by Telfer G Blacklock, Blacklock Thorley Solicitors, 89 Constitution Street, Edinburgh the petitioners solicitor.
