Company Directors Disqualification Order

COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION ACT 1986

Charles Timothy Brown, 7 Cedar Road, Killearn, Glasgow G63 7RU has given a disqualification undertaking, which has been accepted by the Secretary of State in terms of Section 1(A) and 7(2A) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, that he shall not be a director of a company, act as a receiver of a company’s property or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company unless (in each case) he has the leave of the court, and he shall not act as an insolvency practitioner for a period of 21/2 years commencing on 28th August 2002.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
