Take notice that with effect from 7th January 2002, David Manson residing at August Cottage, Pringleton, Penpont, Thornhill DG3 4BJ, ceased to be a partner of the Firm of Prestige Accident Repair having its main place of business at 6, 7 and 8 Gateside, Brownrigg Loaning, Dumfries DG1 3JJ. Thereafter, debts due to said Firm of Prestige Accident Repair are to be paid to the continuing Partner of the said Firm, Mr Lee Broome, the said David Manson having no liability for debts of the said Firm after 7th January 2002.
