NOTICE UNDER THE INSOLVENCY ORDER (NI) 1989

At a General Meeting of the above-named company, convened and held on 22nd June 2012 at FPM Accountants LLP, Dromalane Mill, The Quays, Newry, Co Down, BT35 8QS, the following resolutions were passed. The first being a special resolution and the second being an ordinary resolution.

1.“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company resolves by special resolution that it be wound up voluntarily.”

2.“That Seamas Keating of FPM Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants & Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1 4GA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
