Notice is hereby given, pursuant to article 91 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast on Wednesday 28th September 2011 at 10.30 a.m. followed by a meeting of creditors at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings to date. Forms of proxy, if intended to be used must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company no later than 12.00 noon Tuesday 27th September 2011.
