THE MOTOR VEHICLES (THIRD-PARTY RISKS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2011

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011” (S.R. 2011 No. 24), which comes into operation on 21st March 2011.

The Rule revokes regulation 9 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994.
