The Rate Relief (Education, Training and Leaving Care) (Revocation and Savings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 30B(1), (3), (4) and (5) and 42(2A) and (2B) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 has made Regulations entitled The Rate Relief (Education, Training and Leaving Care) (Revocation and Savings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.

The Regulations were made on 23rd October 2009.
