The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 343)

These Regulations, which come into operation on 16th November 2009, amend the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 so as to permit a taxi to carry a post-puncture tyre repair kit where the vehicle has not been constructed with the facility to carry a spare wheel.
