THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2A(1) and (3) to (5) and 165(4), (5) and (7A) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 327).
