The Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 15(1)(e), 16(1) and 47(2) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 has made Regulations entitled –

The Food Labelling (Nutrition Information) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Regulations will come into operation on 30th October 2009. Copies of these Regulations may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD in due course.
