At an extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company duly convened and held at Moore Stephens, 4th Floor Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast, BT1 5GB on Thursday 2 April 2009 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

Special Resolution

“That the Company be placed in Members Voluntary Liquidation and that David William John McClean of Moore Stephens, Chartered Accountants be and is hereby appointed for the purpose of such winding up.”
