GAULT TRANSPORT WAREHOUSE STORAGE & DISTRIBUTION LIMITED

– In Liquidation

A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of passing the following resolutions:

1.	That the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be approved.
2.	That the Liquidator be granted his release under Article 148 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989
3.	That the Trustee may destroy any books and records of the company excluding his own file as Liquidator, one year after his release.

The meeting will be held as follows:-

A proxy form is enclosed which must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on Friday 3 April 2009 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting (a) [together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one].
