Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 13th February 2009 an order entitled The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 48) which will come into operation on 10th March 2009.

The purpose of the Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the Loading Bays on Roads Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 by the addition of three loading bays on Main Street, Portrush for the use of vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive.
