Notice of Making of Vesting Order

The Department for Regional Development today made an order vesting certain lands in the townlands of Cross, Drumclay, Carran, Knockalough, Chanterhill and Killynure in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.

A copy of the vesting order and related map may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Roads Service offices of the Department, Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh BT79 7AF; and Fermanagh Section Office, Castle Barracks, Enniskillen BT74 7HN; and at the offices of Fermanagh District Council, Townhall, Townhall Street, Enniskillen BT74 7BA.
