Resolution for Winding-Up

In the Matter of

the INSOLVENCY (Northern ireland) Order 1989

And

BARLINE TRANSPORT LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, held at Wellington Park Hotel, Malone Road, Belfast on 2 February 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed:

Extraordinary Resolution

That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and the company should be wound up voluntarily as a creditor’s voluntary liquidation.

Ordinary Resolution

That Desmond Lynchehaun of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Suite 1 First Floor, Benmore House, 343/353 Lisburn Road, Belfast be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
