Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 26th January 2009 an Order entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Fivemiletown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 23) which will come into operation on 17th February 2009.

The purpose of the Order is to place a no waiting restriction on Cooneen Road (east side), Fivemiletown - from a point 40 metres south of its junction with Main Street for a distance of 40 metres, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive.
