The Department has received the following application accompanied by an Environmental Statement for development in Northern Ireland which is likely to have significant effects on the environment in another Member State (the Republic of Ireland).

Application No: M/2006/1754/F

Location: Fardross Townland, (Slatbeg) Slieve Beagh Mountains, Clogher, Co. Tyrone.

Proposal: Erection of 9 wind turbines with total tip height of towers and blade up to 112m together with control building substation and ancillary equipment for generation of electricity access tracks and 70m wind anemometer mast.
