Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Carnson Morrow Graham Solicitors, 20 May Street, Belfast BT1 4NL at 12 noon on 29 October 2008, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxies must be lodged at this office not later than 12 noon on 28 October 2008.
