Stopping-up Order

Glebe Road East, Glengormley

The Department for Regional Development gives notice of its intention to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to stop-up to road traffic Glebe Road East, Glengormley, at its junction with Prince Charles Way, Glengormley.

The road proposed to be stopped-up is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 24th September 2008 to 14th November 2008 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB and Eastern Division, Hydebank, 4 Hospital Road, Belfast, BT8 8JL.

Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Eastern Division, at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
