The Foyle Area (Control of Oyster Fishing) Regulations 2008

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Foyle Area (Control of Oyster Fishing) Regulations 2008” following the making of Regulations by the Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission in exercise of its powers under the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952, as amended.
