Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 91 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at the Wellington Park Hotel, Malone Road, Belfast, on 15 August 2008 at 11.00 a.m. to be followed by the Annual Meeting of creditors at 11.30 a.m. for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings to date.

Forms of Proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Liz McKeown & Co., Wellington Park Business Centre, 3 Wellington Park, Belfast, BT9 6DJ, no later than 12 noon on the 11 August 2008.
