THE WELFARE REFORM ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2007

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of, and paragraphs 1(1), 2 and 3(b) to (d) of Schedule 4 to, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 283).
