Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(8) of, and paragraph 10(3) of the Schedule to, the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1), has designated, as a relevant agreement for the purposes of paragraph 10 of the Schedule to that Act, the agreement which came into force on 25 July 2006, contained in the Exchange of Letters between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of Ireland concerning the interpretation of certain terms contained in the Agreement between the two Governments signed at Dublin on 8 March 1999 establishing the North/South Implementation Bodies.
