The Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1944 (N.I.13))

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006. The Order makes provision for the recovery, from persons making compensation payments, of the costs of the hospital treatment and ambulance services provided to the injured person to whom the payment is made.
