Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 4th May 2006 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Ernst & Young, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two working days preceding the above meeting.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Completed proxy forms, together with a statement of account, must be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT no later than 12.00 noon on the 3rd May 2006.
