Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 and section 171(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf has made regulations entitled The Welfare Foods (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 180)
