Notice is hereby given that the Department of Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 11(1), (2), (3A) and Article 14(1) of and paragraphs 1 and 13 of Schedule 3 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled:

The Teachers’ Superannuation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (SR 163).

These regulations amend in part the Teachers’ Superannuation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998.

The rule comes into operation on 6 April 2006.
