Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6th April 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice Northern Ireland on 6th April 2006, Diane Margaret Gault, person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Tom Alexander Gault, a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen, abandoned the surname of Richards and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Gault.
