Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that final meetings of the members and creditors of the Company will be held on 17 May 2006 at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 201 Deansgate, Manchester, M60 2AT at 11 .00 am and 11.15 am respectively for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up.

Forms of proxy if intended to be used must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 201 Deansgate, Manchester, M60 2AT no later than 12.00 pm on 16 May 2006.
