Department of the Environment
The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Local Government (Accounts and Audit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R 2006 No. 89).
These Regulations will come into operation on 1st April 2006 and will supplement the Audit Provisions in Part II of the Local Government (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.
