Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) the European Communities Act 1972 and Article 85(2)(k) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Controls) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 567).
