Notice is hereby given that the Department for Regional Development by virtue of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf made on 14th December 2005 an Order entitled The Street Works (1995 Order) (Commencement No.7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (SR 2005 No. 566).

This Order brings into operation on 9th January 2006, Article 60(2) of and Schedule 4 to the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 in so far as they relate to Article 79 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.
