Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of its powers under section 263 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 has made the following Order – The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005 No. 3255) (C. 139)) – which brings into force on 5th December 2005 the substantive provisions of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 extending only to Northern Ireland.
