THE COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION (AMENDMENT) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Company Directors Disqualification (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Company Directors Disqualification (Amendment) (2005 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 514 (C. 36 )).

This Order brings the Company Directors Disqualification (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 fully into operation on 19th December 2005.
