The Traffic Signs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 7 November 2005 an Order entitled The Traffic Signs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 487) which will come into operation on 19th December 2005. The regulations further amend the Traffic Signs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997, the effect of which is to permit a variable message sign automatically activated by vehicular traffic to display the legend “SLOW DOWN” together with a sign shown in the diagrams specified in regulation 2.
