Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 8C(1)(b), 15(4)(d) and 24(5) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Civil Partnership) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 507).
