Abandonment Order: Banbridge

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 20th October 2005 an Order entitled The Banbridge By-pass, Route A1, Banbridge (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 457), which will come into operation on 5th December 2005. The effect of the Order is to abandon 181 square metres of the embankment of Banbridge By-pass, Route A1, Banbridge adjacent to Bannview Road and Bannview Mews.
