Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Arthur Boyd & Company, Franklin House, 12 Brunswick Street, Belfast, BT2 7GE on 20 September 2005 at 12 noon, for the purpose of:

a)	receiving the Liquidator’s Report on the Winding Up and
b)	to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under Article 148 of the Order.

A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.

Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Arthur Boyd & Company, Franklin House, 12 Brunswick Street, Belfast, BT2 7GE no later than 12 noon on 19 September 2005.
