Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to regulation 1(2) of the Reporting of Savings Income (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (Statutory Instrument 2005/1539) the Treasury have determined that those Regulations shall come into force on 1st July 2005, immediately after Statutory Instrument 2003/3297.
