IN THE ESTATE OF EMILY JANE MACKIN DECEASED, LATE OF. GROVE HOUSE, ANTRIM ROAD, BALLYNAHINCH, CO DOWN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act [Northern Ireland] 1958 that all persons claiming to be creditors of the above named deceased, or having any claim against or interest in the property of the deceased who died on the 30th day of December 2004 are hereby required to send on or before the 19th August 2005 particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the deceased.
And Notice is hereby further given that after the said 19th August 2005 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
