Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named company will be held at 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF on Wednesday the 22nd day of June 2005, at 3.30p.m. for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Napier & Sons, Insolvency Practitioners, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast BTI 5DF, between 10 a.m. and 5p.m. on the two business days falling next before the day on which the meeting is to be held.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the said offices at Napier & Sons, no later than 12 noon on Tuesday the 21st day of JUNE 2005.
