Energy (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

Notice is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Energy (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 31 (C. 2)).

This Commencement Order brought into operation on 10th February 2005 a number of provisions including those relating to electricity from renewable sources.

The full list of provisions of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 which came into operation on 10th February 2005 are as follows:
