Loughshore Road, Slaters Cross, Belleek: Abandonment

The Department for Regional Development hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to abandon a length of 80 metres of road at Route A46, Loughshore Road, Slaters Cross, Belleek in the townland of Corry and County of Fermanagh.

The length of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 4 February 2005 to 15 March 2005 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB; Western Division, Boaz House, Scarffes Entry, Omagh BT79 1JE and Roads Service Section Office, Castle Barracks, Enniskillen.

Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Headquarters at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
