LOUGH NEAGH DRAINAGE

Lough Neagh (Levels) Scheme (Confirmation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 3 (1) and (2) of the Lough Neagh and Lower Bann Drainage and Navigation Act (Northern Ireland) 1955 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, made on 16th December 2004 a Statutory Rule entitled the Lough Neagh (Levels) Scheme (Confirmation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

This order confirms and brings into operation the Lough Neagh (Levels) Scheme 2004. The Order will come into operation on 31st January 2005.
