THE PENSIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1995

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 93(1) and 177(2) and (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 and Articles 73(7), 121(8) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, and now vested in it, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made an order entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding Up) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (SR 2004 No. 187).
