Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Francis Walter Hughes, Deceased, late of 15 Carrownacaw Road, Carrownacaw, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 7BQ, who died on 1st day of July 2001, is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors to Daphne Hughes and David Hughes the personal representatives of the above-named Deceased on or before 10th September 2003, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
