Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held in 177 Victoria Street, Belfast BT1 4PE at 11.00 am on Monday, the 12th of May 2003, for the purpose mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected free of charge at the offices of F. M. Donaghy & Co., Chartered Certified Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners, 177 Victoria Street, Belfast BT1 4PE, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days proceeding the above meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the above offices, no later than 12.00 noon on Friday, 9th of May 2003.
