Notice to Creditors

WHITE SOFTWARE LIMITED

IN LIQUIDATION

Registered Office: Unit 19, Ormeau Business Park, Cromac Avenue, Belfast BT7 2JA.

I, Sean Fox, have been appointed Liquidator of the above company at a meeting of creditors on 18th March 2003, which was convened under Article 84 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

Creditors of the company are required, on or before 28th April 2003, to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to Sean Fox, Fox & Associates, Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW, the Liquidator of the said company.

If required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors must come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in the said notice or in default thereof may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
